In this episode Lyle mentions doing the Tour d'Afrique (TdA) cycling adventure. I said during the episode he was "EFI" - which means he was on his bike for every f@%king inch of the Tour. Not an easy accomplishment. It's Cairo to Cape Town: 120 days, approx 11700km and 10 countries.
What do you do after riding the TdA and cycling across Canada? You start running marathons. Thirty-three marathons later, he shares what has he learned about courage.
The Arena - Living a Courageous Life is focused on how ordinary people use courage to create change, overcome and achieve their goals.
Next Episode: Heather Beamish - her coming out story, her spoken word, and how she not only overcomes but embraces life.
